Walbrook RC is seeking a paid coach

Updated: 4 days ago

Walbrook's boat house on a sunny day, showing plenty of great quality boats.
Our gorgeous boathouse

We are seeking a paid coach who would be willing to work with all levels of the club —from masters men and women to juniors— for about 10 hours a week; sessions are mainly weekday evenings and either/both Saturday/Sunday (mornings and/or afternoons).

We have a group of masters men and women who are training regularly to achieve wins/good results at British Masters Championships level. In addition, our highly successful junior section is in need of additional coaching support to help with their preparation for JIRR, National Schools, British Junior Championships etc.

We have an excellent number and range of good quality boats.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a coaching qualification and RYA Powerboat 2. If these qualifications are not held then we would be willing to partially fund these.

Walbrook is an inclusive and friendly club which aims to encourage rowing at all levels.
