Walbrook Rowing Club Teddington is riding high after a landmark season of junior success. From sweeping national titles to setting another new course record at the British Rowing Club Championships, the club’s junior squads have made headlines across the country. The J14 girls dominated every major event, while the J14 boys and older boys brought home medals from top-tier regattas including the National Schools, Junior Inter-Regional, and Junior Scullery.
To build on this momentum, Walbrook is now seeking a Director of Rowing to lead and develop its thriving programme. This full-time role focuses primarily on junior coaching and development, with additional responsibilities supporting the adult membership and managing boathouse operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth sport, possess strong leadership and coaching credentials, and be ready to help shape the next generation of champions.
